Lee/Fitzgerald carried out a complete 3d space audit of the back of house facilities, allowing the re-ordering of circulation and the rationalisation of conflicting levels caused by past accretive development. Dressing room spaces were enlarged and incorporate en-suite shower rooms. The purpose designed furniture systems and lighting allow flexible re-configuration to suit different shows. Careful selection of finishes and colours have lifted all the interiors, giving the back of house facilities both a professional and a contemporary feel within the context of the historic fabric.
