Lee/Fitzgerald were appointed for a major refurbishment of the Gillian Lynne Theatre which included a new dress circle with an additional seating capacity of 150 seats, the reinstatement of the Theatre’s original revolving stage and the complete refurbishment of the auditorium with new seats, carpets, lighting, soundbars, handrails and guardrails throughout, enhanced toilet facilities, as well as better accessibility.
